Gratitude Practice 2021 Day 356: A Productive Day of House Projects, Organizational Products and a Five Year Old with a Label Maker
Grateful for a day dedicated to tackling all of the overflowing neglected stacks, piles, shelves, cupboard and drawers. You know....those pesky closets and shelves you never have the gas for. Blech and Go Us! Feels good to have slayed a few long avoided house tasks…and totally real with why and how they each became neglected and avoided. Blech.
Grateful for rubbermaid bins, Clorox wipes, bleach, brooms, trash bags, and all of our working large appliances that make our life so much easier. Always feels good to pitch a few unwanted bags of rubbish and streamline the collection.
Grateful for our trusty Brother label maker. Such a fun extra and something that makes all of my type A dreams come true.
What is it about organizational supplies? A few new bins and systems can are really make a big difference. Totally convinced that gadgets and organizational containers and products make these kinds of projects way more fun.
Super grateful to have discovered our curious five year old has also enjoyed our label maker today. Grateful to have giggled all day to find her thoughts and ideas stuck all over our house. Can't hate the message of this label maker graffiti as most of her declarations at this point are very pro Mom. And good to know she has claimed our vacuum as shared property but her bedroom...belongs...to...her. Also please be aware that the lowest shelf of our linen closet... completely belongs to Sarah Kate now...and I have been notified in both word and sticker form that this is HER space and I am not welcome. This girl makes me laugh every day and I'm confident that of all things...this kid will have no trouble finding her voice...as long as we have enough sticker tape that is.
