Gratitude Practice 2024 March 25: 80 Years of Rodgers & Hammerstein

Grateful for a dear friend who generously gifted me a virtual ticket to the 80 year anniversary concert celebrating the grandfathers of musical theater, Rodgers & Hammerstein. Grateful for a perfect afternoon in my office to lazily paint and listen to an impressive collection of Broadway’s most celebrated singers who performed all of the hits. Grateful to be able to sing along and remember falling in love with each of these corny cheesy power ballads…these songs are like old wise friends and teachers. Grateful for creative storytelling and compelling performances. Grateful to be a forever fan of all things Broadway and musical theater with zero shame or chill.
