Gratitude Practice 2024 March 12: 2:42 Bonus Minutes

Historically, I've never been a fan of the daylight savings concept and I've done my fair share of complaining in the past. However, this year I consider this archaic shift in our daily schedule to be a down right treasure. Never in my 47 years has there been a darker or bleaker winter. I crave the sunshine and cannot wait for the long summer nights of the season to begin. Tonight, ever so grateful for the two minutes and forty-two bonus moments of daylight. Grateful for incremental improvements that slowly equal progress. Grateful for the growing warmth that is bound to come.
